A form may request a PDF even though your document is saved as a photo. Renaming the image does not turn it into a PDF.
How this tool helps
Place one supported image on one PDF page and prepare it toward the selected maximum. The processed preview helps you check the document and the finished PDF size, rather than assuming the source image’s KB value will stay the same.

- Choose the maximum size allowed for the finished PDF.
- Upload one supported photo or document image.
- Open View PDF, check the entire page and small text, then download the PDF.
What to check
A larger or smaller PDF does not necessarily mean the image quality improved. Review names, dates and small text in the PDF preview; conversion does not add searchable OCR text.
For an application upload, always compare the prepared file with the current official recruitment notification and portal instructions. Generic settings are helper targets, not official requirements.
Questions about this tool
Can I combine several images or create searchable text?
No. This workflow creates one PDF page from one image. It does not merge multiple images or perform OCR. Use it only when a single-page image-based PDF is suitable.
Will the PDF have the same size as my image?
Not necessarily. A PDF has its own container and encoding. Compare the finished PDF’s measured size with the portal limit instead of using the source image size as proof.
How can I keep document text readable?
Start with a sharp scan containing the full document. Inspect names, dates, numbers and stamps in View PDF. If the result is unclear, try a better source or a larger maximum only if your destination permits it.
Are my selected files sent to a server for processing?
