What to check
Inspect faint pen strokes after cleanup. Very pale ink and heavily shadowed paper can lose detail; try a better scan when cleanup changes the writing.
For an application upload, always compare the prepared file with the current official recruitment notification and portal instructions. Generic settings are helper targets, not official requirements.
Questions about this tool
Will the downloaded signature be transparent?
No. The output is a JPG with a white background. This tool does not create a transparent PNG and cannot promise perfect removal of every non-ink element.
What if pale strokes disappear during cleanup?
Use a clearer scan with darker visible ink and even lighting. Inspect the original and cleaned result; do not use a result that removes part of your signature.
Can I change the cleaned signature’s dimensions?
Yes. Use Custom values here, or use Signature Resizer for another dimension and KB helper. Inspect the cleaned writing before applying further size reduction.
Are my selected files sent to a server for processing?
