The current UIIC AO scanning instructions use a JPG/JPEG photograph between 20 KB and 50 KB, with 200 × 230 pixels listed as the preferred scanning dimensions.
Prepare the signature in JPG/JPEG between 10 KB and 20 KB. The current preferred scanning dimensions are 140 × 60 pixels. Sign on white paper in black ink and do not use capital letters.
Left thumb impression is 20-50 KB with preferred 240 × 240 px. Handwritten declaration is 50-100 KB with preferred 800 × 400 px. Both are JPG/JPEG.
The current text is: "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." It must be written by the candidate in English and not in capital letters.
Registration and fee payment are closed. Corrigendum UIIC/HO-HRM/AO/01/2026 dated 28 September 2026 extended both deadlines to 1 October 2026 at 23:59 hours. The corrigendum does not specify a timezone. No later reopening was found on the official recruitment page inspected.
